Make it yours

  1. Set up Pi.

Have Pi installed and working in Terminal with your own model provider. Check with pi --version.

  2. Install Sensara sh.

Open the downloaded disk image, drag the app into Applications, and launch it.

  3. Open your chats.

The app uses Pi on this Mac and discovers sessions in ~/.pi/agent/sessions. Choose + New to start a chat in your own project folder.

Your machine. Your configuration.

The installer contains no saved chats, model credentials, paired machines, or preconfigured personal endpoints. Each installation creates its own local access key and machine identity. You do not need a Sensara Agents account for local Pi chats.

Pi uses your own provider settings. Messages are sent to the model provider you select. Optional remote access uses your Mac's relay and its access key over a trusted private network.

Install notes and checksum

Pi must be available on PATH or in ~/.local/bin, ~/.bun/bin, /opt/homebrew/bin, or /usr/local/bin. Settings shows the detected Pi executable. Pi itself and model subscriptions are separate from this download.

Chats use your available Pi models. New chats start on Pi's default model. With an atlas connection, chats on a retired Spark model move to atlas/sensara-max, which follows the model currently loaded on your Sparks; an older sensara-local connection still works.
